Once your windows and doors are installed, with a little love and attention from you, they will last a lifetime! Usually a very minimal maintenance is required in order to make sure your new Grabex timber, aluminium and uPVC products will not only look great, but will stand the test of time. Usually a regular clean, removal of debris, like leaves, dirt and pebbles and a dash of oil applied to your hardware will ensure your windows and doors are in great working order. Please refer to our maintenance manual below for detailed information, as regular maintenance is one of the conditions required by our guarantees.

However we understand that some teething problems and snagging issues might pop up on occasions, and our team is on hand to remedy these, however small. So even if they're not covered by our guarantees our service engineers are happy to assist you with rectifying the issues. Terms of Service and current fees are attached to Service Request web form and you will receive a copy whenever requesting one.
