We are a family run, Orpington-based manufacturer & installer of windows, doors, glass roofs & bespoke glazing solutions for London & surrounding counties.

Established in 2002, we have spent many years researching the best profiles, components and technologies for residential use, currently manufacturing in a range of timber materials, aluminium and uPVC.

Our wide range of fenestration products for new builds, self-builds & renovations extends from traditional and heritage timber sash windows, bespoke timber entrance doors to modern roof lights, bi-folds and sliding patio doors with our signature slim frames of large aluminium HiVision 25 Sliding Doors and steel-looking Cube windows.

We tailor our products and process to meet the needs of each individual customer and project. We design, manufacture and install stunning aluminium, timber and uPVC fenestration products - all bespoke to your requirements. Superior quality bifold doors, french doors, roof sky lanterns and even orangeries and double glazed conservatories.

At Grabex we are focused on delivering consistency in quality, energy efficiency and sustainability of our products – all manufactured in our 45,000 sq. ft. factory at Orpington.

Our innovative approach to manufacturing set us on the road to re-cycling virtually 100% of our production waste. We work with the aim of creating long term sustainable relationships with our residential and trade clients, architects and suppliers, by offering professional advice on all product selections to ensure that our customers' expectations are met and exceeded.

Warranties

Our experienced and qualified engineers will install your doors and windows to a first class standard, right first time and our installation service is fully guaranteed.

All of our products have extensive warranties that cover your parts against defects for 10 years (some exclusions apply).

We also have a dedicated aftercare team working hard to ensure you’re happy even after we’ve left site.
