DO NO USE THEM! SCAMMERS! We are their customers now paying for almost full house window replacement. In the contact, they scam us for “scaffolding installed by others” and insisted they need us to pay for additional cost £700 for a window worth £800 on the day of installation. They never told us this. The window could be perfectly installed from the inside and customer team told us there is a work around and just pay the man cash. This is unacceptable as it’s their fault failed to organise scaffolding if it’s a health and safety matter.
Customer support, sales representative and survey people are all set up to scam you later on and make you make more money that you shouldn’t have. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Very positive experience with Grabex. They installed several windows and doors for us recently at our house in Beckenham. Exemplary customer service all round, and a particular mention for Matt Paxton and Kasper for resolving a small post-install issue - they couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful.

Dangerous installation - We've spent the last month trying to get Grabex to fix a faulty and dangerous door installation. It's resulted in zero progress, they seem to have no interest in fixing it despite acknowledging the issue. So we're currently stuck with a door that intermittently traps my family inside the house obstructing our safe route of exit.
When it comes to windows I'd also add that the trickle vents that they fit to the windows are terrible and do nothing but amplify outside noise into your house.
I simply cannot recommend Grabex based upon the complete lack of aftercare which is shocking considering the risk it is placing on my family including to young children. Could easily be resolved by someone coming out taking off the lock and putting on a new one.

Grabex were amazing. We bought timber sash windows, Juliette balcony and a large kitchen sliding door and all products were fantastic. Very good quality and Grabex were amazing from start to finish (survey to installation). Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

A great range of window and door products, which are made onsite. Purchased bi-fold doors which were comparable in price to other suppliers but the quality and thinner frames sold it. The survey and fitting were completed within 6 weeks and the look and feel of the doors is fantastic. Will consider for windows and doors also.

Grabex installed faulty glass and has refused to do anything about it. The glass has brown streaks melted into it and is visually very jarring.
They have also left suction marks that have persisted months after the install. They stopped a supplier from cleaning it on the condition that the glass would be replaced which they alluded to doing but then have gone back on.
They provided an all round poor service and poor product after paying £10,000 for the trouble.
I will be pursuing my consumer rights to resolve this.

Initial issues around the large glass panel and a handle concern meant the job didn’t land as expected.
Since then, the company has stepped up:
• Agreed a significant reduction on the supply and fit cost for the glass replacement
• Committed to a more thorough investigation and resolution of the handle issue
• Overall, a much more proactive and solution-focused approach
Outcome: a clear improvement in service and willingness to put things right, which goes a long way.
Credit where it’s due — the response post-issue has been fair and constructive.

Patryk and John from Grabex fitted our windows over the last two days and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely hardworking, arrived exactly when they said they would, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Both were polite, friendly, and cleared up as they went along, which we really appreciated.
As we were working from home, Patryk and John were very accommodating and completed the windows in the order we had requested so that we could continue working in certain rooms without too much disruption. That made a huge difference for us.
Patryks finish is absolutely amazing. My husband is very particular when it comes to workmanship, and even he was genuinely impressed with the quality and attention to detail.
We are also so pleased with Iwona, who quoted for the windows and spent a lot of time going back and forth with us to get everything just right. Nothing ever felt rushed and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process.

From our first showroom visit to installation, the service was outstanding. Iwona was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and nothing was too much trouble when we made changes to our quote.
Matt kept us fully updated throughout, arranged the survey promptly, and worked hard to secure installation dates that suited our family schedule. He also checked in with us on both installation days to make sure everything was going smoothly and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Lukasz the surveyor was polite and very knowledgeable.
Nine windows were installed over two days by Patryck and John, who were punctual, tidy, and extremely professional. The quality of the windows and the finish is superb — and I’m very particular about detail! We are now looking forward to getting our front door installed and bi-folds later in the year.

Amazing aluminium and timber windows fitted this year and also before the contractual lead time. Fitters Mirek and Amir were polite and also so careful of our home while installing. Customer service was brilliant from start to finish with keeping us updated regarding the survey and installation date. We have recommended Grabex to friends and family and will also be looking into the their Nispero furniture range.

Professional, friendly team that installed our new, amazing windows on time and with attention to details. Grabex Windows is a company I will definitely return to while continuing our period house renovations. I also liked the fact that we were advised not only what kind of windows we needed to keep in character with our original 1930's style, but also what works needed to be carried out to make sure the house will be optimised for the changes. Working with Grabex was like a breath of fresh air among the meanders of our lengthy house refurbishment! Bravo!

Starts with fantastic sales person, Krystian who got us competitive price and helped us to choose best suitable windows. Installation crew, Dorian and Igor extremely polite. Installed windows, clean up the place, checked throughtftuly if everything is fine. We end up having some minor faults which were addressed immediately with polite manner. Highly recommended!

Grabex Aftercare - Grabex installed about £100,000 worth of very high quality glazing and doors in 2020 for our new build project in Sussex. From time to time, maintenance is required of the high spec sliding doors, locking mechanisms and glazing seals. 'Super Mario' (!) the Installation & Aftercare Technical Manager, is a very clever and knowledgeable man and fixed a couple of problems for us with his ingenuity. Mario goes above and beyond to give best value to his Customers and the Aftercare Service has been very good indeed. Mario has impressed upon us the need for regular maintenance of window and door seals, to keep them free of debris build up, to ensure long life service from these high quality products. Do be mindful to include a maintenance budget and aftercare plan when you source glazing and doors from any supplier. Thank you Mario! Caroline in Sussex. Job 20507.

Grabex did a great job fitting replacement wooden sash windows.
They replaced some old single glazed sashes in our Victorian terrace that were rotting and very drafty. The difference with the new windows is night and day - they look much smarter (but still in keeping with the age of the property) and the house is far warmer and quieter.
The price was also very competitive and the installation team did a fantastic job - working around our builders and producing a really high quality finish (cleaning everything up after themselves which we do not take for granted!)

I had double glazing windows installed in my period property apartment several years ago. I had a great experience from start to finish - quality materials, like for like design for period properly, and professionnel fitting. What made Grabex stand out is their customer service. I had an issue opening a window that had been closed for a while. Grabex were responsive in arranging a visit, didn't charge to fix the issue and provided a helpful tip on maintenance long term.

We had an issue with our door alignment (originally installed by Grabex about 4 years ago), and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I called the office, explained the urgency, and they responded immediately.
They promised to send someone if a team was in the area—and sure enough, I got a call back a few hours later with a time slot. The engineers arrived exactly when they said they would and had the door fixed perfectly in under 15 minutes.
Genuinely impressed with the speed, professionalism, and care—especially after several years since the original installation. Outstanding aftercare and customer service. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend this company. We have used them several times and always had great service and quality products. Their customer service and communication is very good. Matt went above and beyond to help us when we had a delay with the build which meant we couldn't give a date for fitting. Once all was sorted Matt managed to fit us in last minute so our house was not left open to the elements. Great company all round

Following a very smooth installation a year ago, I had to call Grabex twice to sort two minor niggles on a new front door. Both appointments were made super fast. At the final appointment Mario was super helpful. Explaining how I should properly care for my new door. Amazing after sales service and Mario was first class.

I had my windows replaced by Grabex and they were excellent. The fitters Greg and Michael worked quickly, cleaned up afetr them seves, where informative and very helpful. Matt Paxton who embedded the words of his job title "Logistics & Customer Support Manager" especially customer support. He was very helpful, listen and adviced which was the support I needed. Brilliant company and great Value for money.

Standardly, I’d be quite reluctant to put such a high rating for a supplier as I understand that all engagements/ projects come with challenges.
But Grabex has truly been a pleasure to work with, making a very large job that we’ve had a number of issues with previously (companies going bust, suppliers not properly securing the window frames during transit etc) such a seamless and positive experience.
From the initial discussions and showroom viewing with Arkadiusz, who was both informative and very helpful in making final decisions, through to the final fitting with the onsite team of Patryk and John, with Mario as an additional supporting hand.
Matt helped with all logistics in between and offered us earlier delivery dates where possible, some flexibility with payment and was very responsive with any small enquiries that we had. Matt was key in ensuring we stayed appraised if any changes/ updates were necessary which really put our mind as ease.
The onsite team of Patryk and John were professional, very tidy, precise and detail oriented at every step and even offered advice and guidance on other elements of our project. The execution of there work was excellent, resulting in a beautiful finish on the house. Alongside Patryk and John, we had the pleasure of working with Mario, who oversaw the customer interaction onsite and any follow up needed. Mario was very helpful in providing recommendations, fixes where necessary and loading with the factory on a specific item replacement.
Even with such a seamless experience, we did have a couple of small fixes/ replacements needed, and the team was very proactive with getting this done. We had one window lock that came from the factory faulty, and within a matter of 2/3 days, Mario had arranged a replacement and re-fitting to ensure everything was complete for us.
The overall experience was so good that only a week after our windows were fitted and complete, we chose to proceed with Grabex for our roof skylights (when we did have another vendor that was slightly cheaper, but working with Grabex gave us all of the reassurance we needed, so we chose to pay a little more for their expertise) and specifically requested the same team of Patryk, John and Mario to be involved to complete this fitting.
The skylight installation (which happened 3 weeks later) was also a large and complex job and with a lot of muscle strength, the team had this completed in one single day, again, a really great job and a beautiful finish.
Overall, Grabex made this experience incredibly easy after the several challenges we faced, and I would 100% recommend them for future projects, and would definitely work with them again. Thank you to the whole team!

We used Grabex for all the windows in our full home refurbishment. This included timber sash windows, UPVC sash windows, standard UPVC windows and aluminium sliding doors, hinged doors, skylights and windows.
It was a huge job and – although it is still early days! – I am very pleased with the result. There were a few minor incidents (as is expected), but the Grabex team (led by Patryk and Mario) were responsive and resolved everything in a timely and professional manner.
My overall experience was great, from sales (Marta) to operational support (Matt) and installation. I would certainly recommend, as their product is of high quality and competitively priced.

Grabex have been great. We had large aluminium patio sliding doors fitted over 10 years ago. We had a problem with one of the locks and they sorted out the problem and guided us for how to properly maintain the doors going forward so they remain fault-free. A great reputable company who stand by their products.

I had Grabex replacing my balcony door.First, they guided me through the different options at the showroom. Then they took the measurements to make sure that I get the perfect fit. On the day of installation, Mirek and Amir came in fully prepared, they were very professional, they covered everything, and started the work. While they were on the job, the supervisor came in to make sure that everything was in order. After they were done, they cleaned everything and left the place as tidy as it was when they came in.
Regarding the door, The build quality is very high. It came in well balanced and the handle/locking mechanism is smooth and sturdy. The glass was as I wanted, eliminating the sound. I would definitely recommend them.

We had our windows fitted by the most professional, kind and friendly group of Grabex employees. Mirek, Amir, Mario and Martin came over to ensure the tricky bay window installation went smoothly. A fabulous experience is the only way to describe our interaction with Grabex Windows. Everything from the initial visit to their showroom in Orpington, through the consultation and design process to the delivery and fitting of our Aluminium windows was extremely easy and nothing was too much trouble. Probably one of the best companies we've ever dealt with for house refurbishment works full stop.
From the beginning till the end.
Marta was amazing in helping us choose the right windows, explaining in detail about each type etc.
We did have multiple options and found it difficult between choosing the ones we want to go with, but Marta was very patient and understanding and I can definitely say we ended up making the best choice.
We went for the black aluminium tilt and turn for most of the house and the quality of the windows seem very high, they are solid, well sealed, and the possibility aluminium offers for having large glass panels allowed us to open up the beautiful views we have from the house.
We opted for intergrated blinds to replace the plantation shutters we had with the old windows and the finish is sleek, modern and tidy.
Every person from Grabex who came to work, check work or sort any issues during installation was super hard working, polite and we were always in the loop about what is going on.
There was an accident with one of the glass units in the morning before delivery, which is obviously part of the trade and can happen, but Grabex were very speedy in sorting the replacement unit and it was all organised hassle free.
I would like to say big thanks to Marta and the whole Grabex team for helping us achieve completely new and really beautiful look to our house.
We have received a lot of compliments from neighbours, which I think shows that the windows passed the test😉
We are already planning the stage 2 of house improvement works and looking forward to work with Grabex on getting the windows for our rear extension.

We are yet again very happy customers with our latest instalment of two bedroom windows supplied and fitted by Grabex. Our builders introduced us to Grabex when we needed two windows for our garage conversion which was completed 18 months ago.
They managed to perfectly match the style of our other front of house facing windows.
We were so impressed with the quality of both the product and workmanship of the fitters, we decided to return to Grabex for our most recent instalment of two bedroom windows which needed replacing. The communication and customer service from survey to final inspection by the management team was excellent and last but not least, the two gentlemen who carried out the work were very polite and careful in the home during the fitting process. They left the place immaculate afterwards having done a 5 star job removing old windows and fitting the new ones. Thank you so much Grabex windows, we will be returning again if we need windows in the future.
